1. **Sin membresía Premium**
* Puedes resetear un personaje si tienes un ítem de reinicio consumible para -25 (aparecen a veces a través de cofres).
* Es posible resetear si tu personaje es de nivel 12 o menor y se encuentra en Dungeon Newbie.
2. **Con membresía Premium**
* Los usuarios Premium pueden utilizar el comando `/RESET` sin restricciones de mapa y hasta nivel 25 o menor.
Si no cumples con ninguno de estos requisitos, la única alternativa es **eliminar el personaje**. Para hacerlo, ingresa a la ventana conectar, selecciona ‘Opciones de cuenta’ y elige la opción ‘Eliminar personaje’.
